Cloud Program Head / Manager - London (Office Based)

6 Month Contract | Strong Market Rates

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Head / Manager to lead a large-scale multi-cloud transformation within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute enterprise multi-cloud strategy across Azure, AWS and Oracle Cloud
• Lead a team of cloud engineers and architects, driving cloud adoption, modernization and platform engineering best practices
• Own cloud product roadmaps, governance, financial planning, vendor management and service delivery
• Deliver secure, scalable and resilient cloud platforms covering IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and hybrid environments
• Drive Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, CI/CD and automation initiatives
• Manage cloud operations, performance, incident response, risk, compliance and regulatory requirements including DORA
• Partner with senior stakeholders across technology and business functions to deliver cloud transformation programmes
• Champion AI-enabled cloud services and modern engineering practices

Required Experience:

• Extensive leadership experience managing enterprise cloud engineering teams within financial services
• Deep expertise across Azure, AWS and Oracle Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Linux, networking, IAM, cloud security and cloud architecture
• Proven delivery of large-scale cloud migration and transformation programmes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and cloud operating models
• Strong stakeholder management experience at Director and C-level
