The Role
The CNC Miller vacancy is a hands-on CNC role for an experienced machinist who enjoys technical, low-volume/high-value work.
For The Role Of CNC Machinist, You Will
- Set and operate CNC Milling machines including 3, 4 & 5 Axis Machines, ideally Mazak.
- You will be working with Fanuc and Heidenhain control systems
- Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances
- Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality standards
- Work as part of a skilled, supportive shopfloor team
- Stable, long-established employer with a strong order book

- Proven experience as a CNC Miller within a precision manufacturing business
- Experience with Fanuc/Heidenhain controls
- Experience machining large components (MNB Precision have anything up to 8 metres in length x 800mm diameter)
- Experience working with exotic materials including Inconel or Duplex.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings as well as GD&T symbols. xlqdzyr
