Your Responsibilities
- Drive the growth, introduction of new products and establishment of the KeriMedical product portfolio in the UK.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Field Development Managers, ensuring that the strategic targets are achieved.
- Support financial planning with UK senior management to align with local and global strategy.
- Define, implement, and monitor regional sales and education strategies in alignment with global objectives.
- Support acquisition of new customers in cooperation with sales management & sales representatives
- Develop and maintain senior-level professional relationships with KOLs, key accounts, and strategic partners
- Ensure prompt and appropriate solutions for external and internal stakeholders, escalating when necessary
- Oversee and coordinate external and internal training and clinical education on KeriMedical products, including symposia, cadaver labs, workshops, and in-theatre education
- Oversee timely and accurate stock maintenance, demand planning, and forecasting in collaboration with supply chain
- Drive brand awareness, sales growth, and product adoption within the UK surgical communities
- Ensure effective communication with customer service, supply chain, and logistics partners to maintain service excellence
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven experience in medical device sales or related healthcare fields
- Surgical experience in the field of traumatology/orthopedics
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and drive outcomes independently
- Willingness to travel across the UK
