Commercial Manager KeriMedical - UK

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth, introduction of new products and establishment of the KeriMedical product portfolio in the UK.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Field Development Managers, ensuring that the strategic targets are achieved.
  • Support financial planning with UK senior management to align with local and global strategy.
  • Define, implement, and monitor regional sales and education strategies in alignment with global objectives.
  • Support acquisition of new customers in cooperation with sales management & sales representatives
  • Develop and maintain senior-level professional relationships with KOLs, key accounts, and strategic partners
  • Ensure prompt and appropriate solutions for external and internal stakeholders, escalating when necessary
  • Oversee and coordinate external and internal training and clinical education on KeriMedical products, including symposia, cadaver labs, workshops, and in-theatre education
  • Oversee timely and accurate stock maintenance, demand planning, and forecasting in collaboration with supply chain
  • Drive brand awareness, sales growth, and product adoption within the UK surgical communities
  • Ensure effective communication with customer service, supply chain, and logistics partners to maintain service excellence
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical device sales or related healthcare fields
  • Surgical experience in the field of traumatology/orthopedics
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and drive outcomes independently
  • Willingness to travel across the UK
  • A key role in shaping and expanding a fast‑growing product portfolio in the UK.
