Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of people affected by eating disorders?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 6 Enhanced Treatment Team Community Outreach Practitioner to join our specialist Eating Disorders Service at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust for a 12 month fixed-term contract or secondment.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Enhanced Treatment Team, providing intensive community-based treatment and support to adults experiencing eating disorders. The service aims to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, support earlier discharge from inpatient care and deliver high-quality treatment within people's homes and local communities.

The successful applicant will manage a caseload of service users with complex eating disorders, undertaking comprehensive mental and physical health assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, providing meal support, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The role offers the opportunity to combine specialist clinical practice, physical healthcare, leadership and community outreach within a rewarding and innovative service.
