Join Our Team as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse – West Locality
We’re looking for dynamic, forward‑thinking Band 5 Community Staff Nurses to join our West locality Community Nursing Team within the Integrated Nursing and Conditions Services at CHCP CIC. We currently have a full‑time position available.
As part of our integrated community nursing team, you’ll deliver high‑quality, holistic care to people in their own homes, helping them stay well, safe, and supported in their community.
