ROLE: Compliance Manager Hard FM
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 8:00am - 5:00pm
LOCATION: Cumberland Infirmary - Carlisle
We're seeking a proactive and experienced Hard Services Services Compliance Manager to support the management of the Estates function at Cumberland Infirmary. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure all contracted services are delivered in line with legal, statutory, and client requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- The development, implementation and maintenance of a Hard Services compliance assurance framework, covering all statutory and NHS estates requirements.
- Ensures compliance with relevant legislation, Approved Codes of Practice (ACoPs), HSE guidance and NHS Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs).
- Conduct and review compliance audits, inspections and gap analyses, ensuring non‑conformances are risk assessed, recorded, tracked and closed.
- Ensures all statutory records, certificates, reports and compliance documentation are accurate, complete, current and auditable.
