Consultant Psychiatrist - Wellingborough/East Northants CMHT

Full time Consultant Psychiatrist.

The post holder will provide psychiatrist outpatient care for adults aged 18-65 in the Wellingborough and East Northants CMHT

• Provide clinical leadership to the team and take clinical responsibility for the assessment and treatment of patients as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Clinics for assessing new referrals, medication reviews for patients in the team and reviews.
• Supervision of MDT colleagues around cases they are managing
• Oversee the medication and care of patients in the depot and clozapine clinics
• Undertake Mental Health Act assessments on patients from within the sector
• Be the Responsible Clinician for patients detained under a Community Treatment Order
