Business Analyst — SC Cleared
Swift Strategies is hiring an SC Cleared Business Analyst to join our delivery team.
Swift Strategies is a digital, data and technology consultancy specialising in transformation. We partner with government departments, public bodies and education organisations to deliver strategic, user-centred solutions that improve outcomes for the people who use them.
The Role
You'll support complex digital transformation programmes across public sector clients — analysing business needs, shaping requirements, and helping translate them into deliverable solutions across agile and waterfall environments. You'll work closely with stakeholders and senior team members to keep delivery moving.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Understanding of agile delivery, GDS standards and digital service design principles
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
✔️ Ability to convey complex and technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
✔️ Experience using metrics and performance data to identify and improve delivery challenges
✔️ Relevant qualifications (BA, Business Change, Scrum, Lean Kanban or similar) advantageous
Essential
- MUST HAVE ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE
- MUST HAVE UK PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE
- Experience within governance, compliance or regulatory frameworks in public sector environments
