Project Manager — SC Cleared
Swift Strategies is hiring an SC Cleared Project Manager to join our delivery team.
Swift Strategies is a digital, data and technology consultancy specialising in transformation. We partner with government departments, public bodies and education organisations to deliver strategic, user-centred solutions that improve outcomes for the people who use them.
The Role
You'll manage the delivery of complex digital transformation programmes across public sector clients, working in agile and waterfall environments, managing budgets and stakeholder relationships, owning workstreams, and resolving blockers to keep delivery on track.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Understanding of agile delivery, GDS standards and digital service design principles
✔️ Understanding of waterfall delivery principles
✔️ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
✔️ Relevant qualifications (PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, Lean Kanban or similar) advantageous
Essential
- MUST HAVE ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE
- MUST HAVE UK PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE
- Experience within governance, compliance or regulatory frameworks in public sector environments
