Job Summary

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a detail-oriented Content Analyst in their UK offices and Remote UK. You will monitor and address missing invoices, working with vendors to ensure all invoices are addressed in preparation for go-live. You will also be responsible for resolving issues and escalations regarding media type, media delivery, missing media.

Essential Job Responsibilites

  • Load invoices per client requirements
  • Work with invoice acquisition tool to move invoice feeds from test to production
  • Manage and triage client and vendor communications during the onboarding process
  • Set up client communication
  • Establish electronic data feeds
  • Help build the customers Mobile inventory
  • Help build the customers inventory of Voice and Data circuits

EDUCATION/SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience preferred.

Experience

  • Experience in the following fields: expense management, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, mobility

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
