Content & Communications Manager
Role: Content & Communications Manager (London - Hybrid)
Reporting to: Chief Marketing and Communications Officer
FinregE is The End-to-End Regulatory Operating System, turning global regulatory volatility into operational stability. We are growing fast, moving faster and redefining the AI RegTech and LegalTech categories. We are now looking for a Content & Communications Manager to own our narrative. This is a pivotal role for a proven communicator who thrives in a high-growth environment and speaks the language of global finance.
Founded in 2018, and with recent strategic investment from Moody’s Corporation, we are AI-native. We don't just tolerate AI, we demand its intelligent application. We are looking for a content and communications pro who knows how to prompt, pivot and produce using AI to achieve 10x the impact of a traditional marketer. If you can blend human intuition with AI efficiency to command a global stage, you belong here.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, the successful candidate will act as a steward of the company's voice. The objective is to cut through industry noise with analysis that is as substantive as the technology we provide. You will not simply distribute information; you will synthesise complex regulatory developments into compelling thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership & Content Strategy: Research and compose high-calibre content for the company website and associated channels. This involves translating technical regulatory updates into accessible, insightful commentary that demonstrates FinregE's expertise to C-suite stakeholders and compliance professionals.
- Industry Recognition: Identify and evaluate relevant industry awards. You will own the end-to-end process of researching criteria, crafting submissions and pitching entries to secure external validation of the firm's market position.
- Event Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsored industry events. This requires coordinating logistics, aligning messaging with broader marketing objectives and ensuring that FinregE's presence at conferences and forums is both visible and substantive.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and subject-matter experts to ensure all external communications are technically accurate and commercially astute.
The Candidate
We are looking for an individual who possesses a journalist's rigour and a communicator’s strategic mind.
Essential Requirements
- Sector Experience: Proven experience in Content & Communications within the FinTech and/or RegTech sectors. You must be comfortable navigating the nuances of financial regulation and able to speak the language of compliance officers and bankers.
- Journalistic Training: This role would particularly suit someone who has initially trained as a financial journalist. We value the ability to research deeply, write with precision and adhere to editorial standards over generic marketing copywriting.
- Analytical Capability: The ability to digest complex regulatory information and distil it into clear, engaging narrative without sacrificing accuracy.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, from award deadlines to event timelines, with minimal supervision.
Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone who is:
- Strategic and visionary – able to define how the market understands FinregE.
- Highly proactive and ambitious – ready to help raise the company’s profile.
- Commercially minded – able to align marketing with enterprise growth.
- Intellectually curious – comfortable working with complex regulatory and AI technologies.
- Collaborative and hands-on – able to collaborate with a busy and growing Marketing and Communications function and across the company.
