About The Role
What you'll be working on:
- Owning paid social creative production end-to-end - brief, script, shoot, edit, delivery - across Meta and TikTok.
- Writing hooks and scripts that stop the scroll, built around real user pain points.
- Coordinating shoots: talent, logistics - keeping production moving at pace.
- Staying ahead of platform trends and translating them into performance creatives fast.
- Iterating based on performance feedback - understanding what works and scaling it.
- Building a consistent visual tone across our video content to strengthen Emma’s brand and storytelling.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography, content production, or motion design, ideally within a startup or fast-moving environment.
- Strong portfolio of video work spanning social content, product explainers, or brand storytelling.
- Skilled in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar) and motion graphics tools.
- A highly organised, detail-oriented, and efficient operator, able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Comfortable working end-to-end: planning, shooting, editing, and delivering polished content.
- Passionate about fintech, visual culture, and helping people take control of their money.
