Content Specialist (6-month FTC)

London, England, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 2 weeks ago
About this job:

TG is the global influence agency.

We help political leaders, global brands and public institutions win hearts and minds when it matters most.

We're not a PR firm. We're not an ad agency. We're not a management consultancy.

We're built for one thing: influence.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative who gets the Internet. Someone who takes cultural moments, killer insights and sharp messages and turns them into bold, scroll-stopping content that actually earns attention.

Your ambition should be to create content that cuts through noise, shifts opinion and drives real behaviour change. This could be at the ballot box, in the boardroom or beyond.

You will be expected to have a point of view and be able to back it. That applies both in the office and in front of clients. You will generate ideas for social, digital and above-the-line campaigns using any tool available. This includes software tools (such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) and AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs and Suno).

Experience with web design and building landing pages in Webflow is a strong advantage. If you can take a content idea and translate it into a sharp, effective web experience, we want to see it.

Political campaigns, advocacy or fast-paced comms experience is a plus. So is sharp timing, strong taste and the guts to do something different.

You will work with creators, videographers, designers, advertisers and strategists to produce original, unexpected and effective content. Whether it's a viral short, a reactive post, a meme or a brand series, we want to create bold creative work that doesn’t just follow trends. It should shape them.

If that’s what gets you out of bed in the morning, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop original creative concepts for social, digital and campaign content
  • Produce high-quality graphics, videos, memes and motion content
  • Shoot and edit short-form video and audio for social, streaming and podcasts
  • Write compelling copy for social captions, ads, emails, landing pages websites
  • Use AI tools to enhance speed, scale and creativity
  • Design and build landing pages and campaign websites in Webflow that bring content ideas to life
  • Respond to cultural moments with timely, relevant content
  • Manage content calendars with platform-native, audience-aware delivery
  • Collaborate with client leads and account teams
  • Balance multiple projects with speed and attention to detail
  • Stay ahead of trends in culture, politics, technology and marketing

Requirements
  • 2+ years of content creation, digital, creative or marketing experience
  • Proven ability to create for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn
  • Strong creative thinking and a confident point of view in fast-paced environments
  • Political campaign, advocacy or news-cycle experience is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Illustrator and After Effects are a plus
  • Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Google Veo, Grok, Suno and ElevenLabs
  • Experience in web design and building with Webflow is a plus
  • A portfolio showing originality, cultural awareness and creative flair
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset and a desire to make work that matters
