Contingent Workforce Recruiter - FTC

London, England, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 2 weeks ago
What To Expect
Tesla operates at a pace unlike anywhere else. As our Contingent Workforce Recruiter, you'll be the organisational backbone of our temporary hiring operations across EMEA - keeping vacancies moving, suppliers accountable, and the business informed at every step.

You don't need to reinvent the wheel here. You need to keep it turning - accurately, efficiently, and without dropping a single ball.

This is a 6 month FTC position.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support to our temporary workforce solution across EMEA, ensuring smooth and consistent delivery across all markets in your remit
  • Take on new vacancies across diverse business areas, working at pace to close roles quickly and meet the demands of a fast-moving organisation
  • Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to gather role requirements, align on timelines, and keep them updated throughout the process
  • Act as the key link between Tesla and our external partners - maintaining strong working relationships and holding them to our standards
  • Own all administrative tasks across your vacancy portfolio, ensuring records, systems, and trackers are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain regular reporting on all open vacancies, providing clear and timely updates to the business on progress and pipeline
  • Handle escalations as they arise in a calm and solution-oriented manner, resolving issues at pace and pulling in leadership support where needed

  • What You'll Bring

  • Experience managing a high-volume, fast-paced workload - ideally within recruitment, resourcing, or a coordination-focused role
  • Highly structured and organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and keep multiple vacancies moving simultaneously without losing accuracy
  • Strong Excel skills and a confidence with data - comfortable building and maintaining trackers, reports, and dashboards on a regular basis
  • Analytical mindset with experience working to KPIs and producing clear, consistent reporting for internal stakeholders
  • A clear and concise communicator - able to manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and hiring managers professionally and efficiently
  • Able to find quick, pragmatic solutions to complex or time-sensitive matters, and knows when to escalate to leadership rather than go it alone
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus given the EMEA scope of the role
