Contracts Manager (Construction/Energy)-£100-110k
International renewable energy operator are looking for a Contracts Manager (Construction) to join them for a six month period to cover during a period of high project volume. This is a hybrid role with three days per week required at the offices in Central London. You must be available to start immediately.
The days-to-day workload includes
- Management of EPC, supply and O&M contracts
- Review and management of variations and claims
- Drafting contractual correspondence, variations and settlement documents
- Support PAC/ IAC/FAC, defects and project close out processes
- Support negotiation and administration of project contracts
- Interface with project teams, asset management, contractors, lenders and external advisers
You don't not need to be legally qualified but you will have at least 3 years' experience of working on the contracts mentioned above. It is essential that you have practical working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and are able to mix sound commercial judgement with excellent written & verbal communication
Exposure to international projects, project financed assets and the renewable energy sector is desirable but not essential.
