Forum Contracts, established in 2004, is a Nationwide Main Contractor providing comprehensive construction services, including fit-out, refurbishment, and design & build developments. We operate accross multiple sectors such as education, retail, commercial, residential, leisure, renewables, and healthcare.

Role Description

Contracts Manager with 2-3 active sites in live construction phase. Will have site managers reporting into him and will coordinate programme/ quality / health and safety with the site team along with the pre-construction, commercial and design teams.

Weekly reporting to ensure quality and checks are being maintained by the site teams and sub-contractors and report to construction director on a weekly basis. Will regular monthly audit site directly with site manager and achieve closing out items on audit.
