Responsibilities



  • Property Security Monitoring: Always ensure the security of all the estate by monitoring CCTV surveillance and responding appropriately to any breaches.
  • Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report all incidents using the established procedures and maintain proper decorum.
  • Access Control: Manage the issuance of security keys and passes to staff and visitors as required.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies, including Health and Safety regulations as mandated by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Follow the standard operating procedures for all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanour while performing all duties, with a focus on confidentiality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to deliver an efficient and effective service to the client.
  • Operational Support: Provide coverage for colleagues during absences and perform any additional duties as requested by the management.
  • Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.



Qualifications



  • Experience in a security capacity, i.e. control room, CCTV.
  • Experience in the provision of security surveillance using CCTV.
  • Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Have a SIA CCTV licence.
