Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Team Leader for an on-site, full-time position at our Lincoln office. In this role, you will lead a team of conveyancers to manage residential property transactions from inception through to post-completion. Your responsibilities will include overseeing complex cases, providing technical support to the team, allocating workloads effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining exceptional client service standards. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and driving productivity to achieve departmental goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in conveyancing processes, residential property transactions, and technical knowledge of property law
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and support team members
  • Proficiency in document drafting, case management software, and attention to detail for compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and internal teams professionally
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely progression of cases while mitigating risks
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and maintaining confidentiality
  • A qualification in conveyancing, legal executive practice, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Prior experience in a law firm or property transaction role is highly desirable
