Corporate Actions Specialist - Global Hedge Fund

OCR are working with a L/S Equity hedge fund with a global presence and c.$15bn AUM who are looking to add a Corporate Actions Specialist to their London team.

The firm are looking for someone with strong corporate actions experience who can step into a hands-on role and take ownership from day one. This is not a junior hire, so they are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in a relevant corporate actions, operations or middle office role.

Buy-side experience would be preferred, particularly from a hedge fund, asset manager or investment management platform, although strong candidates from sell-side environments will also be considered.

This is a strong opportunity to join a high-performing global hedge fund in a specialist role, working closely with operations teams across regions and gaining exposure to a broad range of asset classes, markets and business areas.

The firm offers a competitive compensation package, with flexibility to attract the right individual. The role is London-based, with a four-day in-office expectation.
