Corporate Development Associate

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity with a leading PE-backed professional services platform that is executing an ambitious buy-and-build strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move into an in-house M&A role and gain hands-on exposure to the full deal lifecycle within a highly acquisitive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the execution of acquisitions from origination through to completion

• Financial modelling and valuation analysis

• Conducting commercial and strategic assessments of targets

• Coordinating due diligence processes and managing advisers

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates from:

• Big 4 Deals or Lead Advisory teams

• Transaction Services professionals with strong M&A exposure

• Investment Banking (M&A / Corporate Finance)

• Existing Corporate Development professionals seeking broader deal responsibility

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years' experience, strong analytical skills, and a genuine interest in working within a fast-paced, acquisitive, private equity-backed business.
