Our client is an Infrastructure Partners is a private equity firm with offices in Paris, London, New York, Luxembourg and Singapore. It has EUR 30.6 billion in assets under management as of December 2022. They invests in the energy & environment, digital technology, transportation, and social infrastructure sectors.


London has a Head of Legal and 5 lawyers (across Europe).


What problem is the client trying to solve?

We are providing a suitable replacement that can assist with their deal work for 12 months.

What will the role involve?


Our client have a relationship with a Legal Tech platform specialising in NDAs and engagement letters. They use this service to complete the bulk of the ancillary work arising from each of their PE transactions.


This role will sit across this service - manging the relationship with the platform ensuring business requests make their way to Ontra reviewing, taking a view on queries and issues and ensuring that Our client's specific needs are covered off in the docs that make their way back. There may be a need to help out on transactions from time to time.


What skills do they need?

Looking for someone with a detailed experience of the supporting documents involved in a Private Equity transaction. In house experience isn't necessary as the work is currently done by private practice however they would like someone with a commercial view who is happy with a decent risk appetite.
