Creative Lead
A fast-growing, culture-led alcohol brand with a strong point of view is looking for a Creative Lead to be the engine behind their creative output, taking ideas from first instinct to best-in-class execution across campaigns, content, partnerships, and original brand expressions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campaigns end-to-end: brief, concept, production, and delivery
- Own brand guardianship - tone of voice, visual aesthetic, and overall brand feel across every touchpoint
- Set creative direction for social, email, and digital channels
- Identify and develop cultural partnerships, brand collabs, and artist collaborations
- Lead original brand expressions that push outside the category - film, editorial, print
- Line-manage a Social Content Producer and collaborate with an external Creative Director and Design Director
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading creative campaigns end-to-end
- Strong art direction skills with a culturally tuned-in sensibility
- Comfortable bridging brand strategy and creative execution
- Experience managing collaborators, timelines, and production processes
- A portfolio that shows both big campaign thinking and high-quality everyday content
Salary
- £60,000 - £70,000
