The Role
You'll sit across all three businesses, owning the day-to-day operational picture.
You'll be working on:
- Shoot and production admin (kit lists, crew movement, location logistics)
- Resource planning and crew scheduling across RD Studios, RD Rentals and VMI
- Driving kit utilisation across RD Rentals and VMI
- Managing capacity, keeping Slack and Google Calendar organised for the team
- Weekly scheduling meetings and regular reports to senior leadership
- Contract and HR administration
What You Bring
- Experience in an operations, production or resourcing role
- A familiarity with the filmmaking process. Understanding how a team and kit come together on set makes a real difference here.
- Confident with resource planning tools (Float experience a plus)
- Strong communicator
- You spot problems before they become someone else's emergency
- A genuine interest in how creative businesses run and how to get the most out of them

- Salary: £30,000 per annum
