.As we scale, performance creative is one of our biggest growth levers. We're looking for a Creative Strategist to own the ideas behind the ads that drive that growth

.The Rol

eYou'll sit at the intersection of data and creativity — turning performance insights into scroll-stopping ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You'll brief and collaborate with creators, designers, and editors, then read the results and feed them back into the next round of ideas. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the loop of concept → test → learn → scale
