• Develop high-converting creative assets that align with brand guidelines and Amazon best practices

• Review creative output and provide feedback to ensure quality and commercial effectiveness, alongside A/B testing to maximise conversion rates and click through rates.

• Identify opportunities to improve content, conversion rates and overall customer experience

 Creative Workflow & Design Collaboration

• Brief offshore design technicians clearly on client requirements, visual style, and technical constraints.

• Oversee the design workflow, ensuring assets (listing images, A+ content, packaging, store design) are produced on time.

• Conduct quality assurance on all design deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s brand guidelines, our internal standards, and performance best practices.

• Provide constructive feedback to the design technicians to refine and improve the visual output.

• Ensure all files are organised and accessible for both internal teams and clients.

• Analytical Mindset: An interest in learning how design impacts consumer behaviour (CTR, CVR, and A/B testing).

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Comfortable analysing performance data and making commercially driven recommendations

• Proactive, accountable and solutions-focused

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across different cultures and time zones.
