What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping customers with queries via phone, email or other channels
- T aking ownership of every case you handle to provide the best resolution
- Supporting our in-store teams with system and order-related questions
- Spotting areas for improvement and suggesting ways to make the customer journey better
- Bringing empathy, calm, and clear communication to every interaction
