About The Role
In 2019 we began fabricating Xena Quartz® worktops in-house; guaranteeing a high level of quality at a low price. Integral to the smooth transition from templating to the installation of our specialist worktops, you will be at the very heart of our Xena Quartz® function in the role of Specialist Worktop Coordinator.
You will create a brilliant experience for our customers who have selected our specialist worktops as a stylish finishing touch to their new Wren kitchen. Bright, friendly and attentive, our brilliant teams are focussed on doing the best for our customers. They're the ones with the first-class communication skills and they do it professionally and efficiently every time.

Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively resolving customer queries and issues through various channels of communication
- Taking ownership of each customer contact to provide the best resolution
- Provide all Wren customers with an exceptional and inspirational experience
- Demonstrate empathy and clear understanding when liaising with customers in a professional manner
- Assist stores with any related queries or concerns relating to the systems or processes
- Identify and report on processes that could result in a poor customer experience
- Provide customer support to our templaters based in the field
- Support the specialist worktop compliance team and assist in problem solving customer queries
- Creative and responsible decision making when resolving customer queries

- Flexible with working hours & overtime, including weekends & evenings
- Excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed work schedule
