You will play an essential part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by coordinating with internal teams, resolving enquiries efficiently, and maintaining the highest standard of service at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations, pro‑formas, and sales orders using Sage.
- Provide daily administrative and customer service support to Sales Managers.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Handle technical queries, escalating to specialist teams when necessary.
- Process customer orders efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Manage configurable product options and pricing structures with precision.
- Log and manage customer complaints and product returns in line with internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across customer service systems.
- Identify and support improvements to manual processes and workflows.
- Work collaboratively with customer service, sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Demonstrated proven interpersonal skills with a genuine customer focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when preparing quotations and processing orders.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Comfortable handling manual administrative tasks and processes.
- Confident using IT systems; experience with Sage is an advantage.
- Capable of working at pace while consistently maintaining accuracy.
