Join our brilliant Customer Success team in supporting our customers during our busy summer onboarding season.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phone to deal with/triage questions from our customers, both schools and parents
- Reply to/triage support emails from our customers, both schools and parents
- Support to onboarding processes in assigning classes and courses and processing CSV files
What are we looking for
- University degree
- Strong attention to detail
- Great team player
- Passes DBS test
