Cyber Security Customer Success Specialist | £30,000 - £35,000 | Hybrid | MSSP
Our client is looking for a customer-focused Cyber Security professional to join a growing team delivering Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation services to a diverse customer base.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Security Awareness, Email Security, Cyber Security Operations, Customer Success, or Managed Security Services who enjoys combining technical knowledge with client engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
• Managing the onboarding of new customers onto Security Awareness and Human Risk Management platforms
• Running phishing simulation campaigns and cyber security training programmes
• Analysing customer performance data and identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Delivering insightful reports and service reviews that demonstrate measurable progress over time
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them improve cyber resilience and reduce human risk
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and drive continuous service improvements
• Maintaining accurate documentation, service records, and customer communications
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in a customer-facing cyber security, managed service, or customer success role
• Knowledge of Security Awareness Training, Phishing Simulation, Email Security, or related cyber security services
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service and service reviews
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and proactive approach
• A genuine interest in learning and developing within the cyber security industry
Desirable Experience:
• Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment
• Human Risk Management or Security Awareness platforms
• Security-related certifications or frameworks (CompTIA, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, etc.)
