You will be working on the Lower Thames Crossing, a major UK infrastructure project connecting Kent and Essex, reducing congestion and creating significant new green space, supported by a diverse and inclusive team.

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for analysing interpreting, and visualising data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making and strategic initiatives.

As The Data Analyst, You Will

  • Analyse structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights that support business performance and operational improvement.
  • Design and deliver clear, engaging dashboards, reports, and visualisations that help stakeholders monitor performance and make informed decisions.
  • Translate business questions and stakeholder needs into data requirements, analytical frameworks, and practical solutions that address real-world challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, consistency, and governance, ensuring compliance with GDPR, data protection, and internal policies.
  • Work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to source, transform, validate, and present data, while contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across analytical practices.

We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a data analyst role, ideally in a commercial or operational environment.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and critical thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in BI and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working with large datasets, SQL, Excel, cloud-based platforms, and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into data solutions.
