Data Engineer- #26-00186
Duration: 6 months contract
Pay Range: 50 – 54 GBP /hour PAYE
Job Description:
As a Data Engineer in the Marketing & Communications area you will have the opportunity to work across our family of applications. Your technical skills and analytical mindset will be utilized designing and building some of the world's most extensive data sets, helping to craft experiences for billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data models and analytics solutions.
- Work with large-scale datasets and billions of rows, ensuring performance and efficiency.
- Use SQL and Python extensively for data processing, transformation and automation.
- Partner with Data Scientists, Engineers and Marketing teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
- Own projects from architecture and design through implementation.
- Use modern AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related data-focused role.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with ETL, data pipelines and data modeling.
- Experience working with large-scale/high-volume data and scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Marketing Analytics/MarTech experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
