Data Lead
Shape the future of Bristol Airport through data, analytics and AI.
We're looking for an experienced and visionary Data Lead to drive our Intelligent Airport ambition and lead the development of our data, analytics and AI capability. Reporting to the Head of IT and Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how data is used across the airport to enhance customer experience, improve operational performance, strengthen resilience, and unlock commercial opportunities.
This is a full time, hybird role working 3 days on site and 2 days from home, with flexibility around start and finish times.
We will be holding interviews on a rolling basis over the coming weeks.

Leading a multidisciplinary team of data professionals, you'll define and deliver the airport's data and AI strategy, ensuring the right platforms, governance, technologies and capabilities are in place to support both current operations and future growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll turn strategic priorities into practical, scalable and secure solutions that deliver measurable value.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with expertise in data, analytics and AI, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for innovation. You'll help shape investment decisions, champion responsible AI adoption, and create a data-driven culture that supports smarter decision-making across the organisation.
What you'll bring:
Significant experience leading data, analytics or AI functions.
Excellent knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics and AI technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure.
Experience developing data governance frameworks and delivering business-critical data solutions.
The ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
A passion for building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
