· Job Title: Data Privacy Lead

· Location: London, UK (2-3 days/week WFO)

· Duration: 6 months (Inside IR35)

Job Description:

Minimum number of relevant years of experience: 8

• Policy Development and Implementation: Create, maintain, and enforce data privacy policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices

• Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits, assessments, and privacy impact analyses to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations .

• Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate privacy risks associated with data processing activities, including new digital solutions or projects

• Incident Response: Manage data breaches by investigating incidents, notifying authorities and affected individuals, and implementing corrective measures to prevent

• Training and Awareness: Educate employees on data privacy principles, compliance requirements, and privacy-by-design practices to foster a culture of privacy .

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for data subjects, regulatory authorities, and internal departments regarding privacy inquiries and compliance matters

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of all data processing activities and compliance efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability
