Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and direct the team of chauffeurs operating in central London.
- Assign daily medical transportation tasks in collaboration with the cargo supervisor.
- Allocate additional tasks as instructed by authorised logistics personnel and clients.
- Report unauthorised transport requests to logistics management.
- Notify the relevant department or supervisor about any vehicle faults.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with clients, colleagues, and external providers.
- Ensure all vehicles used are kept in a presentable condition.
- Adhere to the company’s code of conduct and respect the sensitive nature of its business.
- Comply with all applicable Health and Safety regulations.
- Follow organisational policies and procedures.
- Enter all chauffeur assignments into the logistics auditing system.
- Work on a flexible schedule as needed by operational demands.
- Keep the work mobile phone switched on and respond promptly to calls.
- Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong IT skills, including high competency with MS Office
- Experience of fleet operations
- Experience of coordinating multiple vehicle operations
- Experience of managing personnel
