🚀 Hiring: Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Manager – Media & Broadcast
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and delivery for a Media & Broadcast transformation initiative.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business & technical requirements
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams & vendors
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritisation & release planning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies & stakeholder communications
- Support business process transformation and workflow design
- Prepare project status reports and executive updates
- Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
🔹 Required Skills
- 10+ years overall IT experience
- 5+ years in Business Analysis, Delivery Management or Product Ownership
- Strong Agile / Scrum / Kanban experience
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Stakeholder Management
- JIRA, Confluence & Azure DevOps
- Process Mapping & Workflow Design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
