This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Supply & Demand Planner to take ownership of forecasting, inventory planning and supply chain coordination across the European business. Working closely with Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Finance and global stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time while supporting ambitious commercial growth plans.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Planner to join a growing international fashion brand renowned for its heritage, innovation and premium positioning.

This role sits at the heart of the business, acting as the key link between demand forecasting, inventory management and supply planning. You'll collaborate with teams across Europe and global headquarters to ensure forecasting accuracy, optimise stock availability and support commercial performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional who enjoys combining analytical rigour with cross-functional stakeholder management in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts across product categories and markets

  • Analyse historical sales trends and forecast drivers to improve planning accuracy

  • Work closely with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance teams to align forecasts with business objectives

  • Manage planning calendars and forecasting cycles

Supply Planning & Inventory Management

  • Translate demand forecasts into effective supply plans

  • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential risks and opportunities

  • Support inventory optimisation and stock availability across the business

  • Balance commercial objectives with supply chain constraints

Analysis & Reporting

  • Produce forecasting and inventory reports to support decision-making

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify improvement opportunities

  • Analyse business performance and provide recommendations to stakeholders

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact between European operations and global headquarters

  • Build strong relationships across commercial and supply chain functions

  • Support wider business initiatives and ad hoc projects as required

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Forecasting or Supply Chain roles

  • Strong forecasting and inventory management expertise

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability

  • Experience working with ERP and planning systems (SAP experience advantageous)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced international environment
