Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team at our London surgeries in the United Kingdom. This on-site role involves managing day-to-day front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, answering phone inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Dental Receptionist will ensure a welcoming and professional environment while supporting both patients and staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Skills in Appointment Scheduling and managing patient calendars effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of Dental Care and dental treatment terminology
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills to engage with patients and team members professionally
- Experience performing Receptionist Duties, such as managing administrative tasks, organizing files, and handling front desk operations
- Proficiency in using office software and patient management systems is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
