Must Have Skills

• Windows 10/11 laptop deployment using SCCM/MECM task sequences

• Windows image creation, imaging and device-build processes

• Device handover/replacement, asset tracking and chain-of-custody documentation

• Post-build validation and functional testing

• Active Directory and enterprise endpoint deployment

• L0/L1 hypercare with L2 triage and ITSM/ServiceNow ticket handling

• Troubleshooting build, application, network and deployment issues

• Availability to travel to UK deployment sites
