Full Time – 40 Hours - this is a split role with 20 hours supernumerary and 20 hours on support.

Bannister Farm is located in Leyland, in Lancashire. Our home offers residential support to five autistic adults, who may also have a learning disability. The home is located off a main road, in a pleasant neighbourhood.

  • Difficulties with communication
  • Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
  • Epilepsy
  • Some mental health needs

What you'll be doing

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service.   • You’ve worked as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager and are ready for the next step.

  • You’re passionate about high-quality care and know how important it is to residents and their families.
  • You’re organised, proactive, and confident in managing the practical side of care (risk assessments, audits, compliance).
