Design Estimator

We’re looking for a Design Estimator to join our Sales & Design team, supporting the delivery of Fire and Security system tenders.

Working closely with our design team, this role plays a key part in reviewing tender packs and producing outline design mark ups to support accurate pricing and proposals.

What the role involves:

• Supporting Fire and Security tender processes

• Assisting with tender cost production

• Helping produce design documents, specifications and technical submittals

• Preparing proposal drawings and outline designs

• Managing multiple designs and proposals to meet project deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in tender estimating or design, ideally within Fire or Security (but not essential)

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working to tight deadlines

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
