About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Desktop / IT Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote support for end users across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments. The role involves desktop support, asset management, user onboarding/offboarding, infrastructure support, and collaboration with global IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
- Perform device deployments, tech refreshes, and hardware replacements.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and workstation setup.
- Maintain hardware/software inventory and asset lifecycle records.
- Support printers, meeting room technologies, Microsoft Teams, and telecom services.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting, IP configuration, and remote access setup.
- Resolve incidents and service requests through established IT processes.
- Deliver user training and promote technology best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across IT services.
Required Skills
- Experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or End User Computing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, connectivity, Remote Desktop).
- Experience with asset management and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred
- Experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Apple, or ITIL.
