About the Role

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Associate to support our engineering and infrastructure teams in building, deploying, and maintaining reliable systems. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in DevOps, cloud operations, and automation. You will gain hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and modern infrastructure tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Support application deployments across development, testing, and production environments
  • Help troubleshoot build, release, and infrastructure-related issues
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure service reliability
  • Assist in automating repetitive operational tasks using scripts
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for smooth releases
  • Support configuration and maintenance of cloud and server environments
  • Document deployment processes, configurations, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or DevOps-related exposure
  • Basic understanding of Linux/Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
