Lead design and implementation of automation and infrastructure solutions within the DevOpsCICD skill cluster Drive adoption of Git and GitHub CoPilot for source control and automation scripting best practices Develop review and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate routine operational and deployment tasks Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable secure and maintainable infrastructure solutions Ensure security compliance and best practices are followed in automation and source code management Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development Document automation workflows configurations and troubleshooting procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
