As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will handle tasks such as publishing social media content, email newsletters, social media ads, blog posts, and website updates. You will also be responsible for keeping colleagues and internal stakeholders informed about project timelines and delivery schedules.

In addition, you will assist the team in maintaining the AG website, supporting content updates, and performing administrative tasks across various digital platforms. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor, prioritise, and schedule digital marketing requests to ensure timely, on-brand, and accurate delivery. Assign tasks to external content support agencies when necessary.
  • Manage expectations with internal stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress and delivery timelines.
  • Publish content on the AG website, create social media assets using Canva, and schedule posts via HubSpot. Build and distribute marketing emails using Vuture (our email marketing platform).
  • Escalate complex requests or technical issues to senior colleagues.
  • Maintain and update AG website content, including campaign and event pages, expiring outdated content, and flagging items that require revisions.

  • Highly organised, approachable, and able to communicate with internal stakeholders in a calm, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality output.
  • A strong aptitude for learning and using online software and technology, with a proven ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • A keen interest in digital marketing and a solid understanding of social media platforms.
  • Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, or social media management tools would be advantageous but is not essential (full training will be provided).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional work environment.
