Digital Marketing Manager
he Digital Marketing Manager will lead and deliver digital marketing strategies to promote Criterion Hospitality, drive traffic, increase bookings and improve guest engagement. The role covers website management, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, CRM, social media, analytics and online reputation management.
Key responsibilities include developing digital marketing campaigns, managing website performance and SEO, overseeing PPC and paid social activity, delivering CRM and email campaigns, tracking performance through analytics, producing reports for senior management and managing online reviews across key platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years’ digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, ideally within hospitality, travel or tourism. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, paid social, SEO tools, CMS platforms, CRM systems and email marketing platforms is required.
Experience with hotels, restaurants, online booking systems, OTAs or PMS platforms would be advantageous. The successful candidate should be analytical, commercially focused, creative, organised and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
