Role Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to cover a period of maternity leave within our Group Digital Marketing Technology (GDMT) team.
- The contract is initially for 9 months with potential to be extended to 12 months. We are also flexible on the role being full time (5 days per week) or part time (4 days per week).
GDMT is responsible for managing H&H Group’s group-wide digital products, primarily our Shopify ecosystem and the marketing technologies that connect them.
Our mission is to transform the global digital landscape to enhance operational efficiencies and drive shared learnings across the groups portfolio of brands, enabling us to deliver an unparalleled DTC shopping experience while continuously improving brand awareness, product education, customer retention, AOV and LTV.
We are actively migrating markets to our Shopify ecosystem and supporting live markets across customer journey and UX mapping, feature and functionality development, innovation projects, marketing integrations, Klaviyo email strategy and implementation, customer service automation and AI, and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of project management, product operations, and digital marketing technology. You will work closely with brand and market teams across the group, external agencies and our internal product squad to keep projects moving and ensure our ways of working remain robust and scalable.
Responsibilities:
Project & Sprint Management
- Lead end-to-end project management for local market migration and other digital projects.
- Own sprint planning and Jira board management, keeping the internal product and development team organised with clear priorities.
- Manage complex deployments across multiple brands and countries to maintain codebase version control and synchronisation.
- Brief external agencies on overflow design and development work, managing scope and delivery.
- Support Conversion Rate Optimisation sprint planning with the CRO project lead.
Documentation & Communications
- Create clear release notes, feature documentation, and support guides for internal and market teams.
- Lead internal communications with markets, helping build and maintain a connected internal digital community.
- Run workshops with market teams to support the development of their owned digital experiences.
Market Support & Consultancy
- Act as a digital consultant for smaller markets, providing recommendations on marketing technology, CRO, and UX best practice.
- Support content population and page building to help smaller marketing teams leverage new platform functionality.
- Coordinate testing of new functionality and support markets with local quality assurance processes.
- Assist with operational integrations including NetSuite and 3PL integrations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
Governance & Ways of Working
- Ensure all internal teams adhere to established ways of working and governance standards.
- Continuously review, refine and optimise ways of working as the team and portfolio scales.
- Audit sites for compliance with data privacy regulations, accessibility standards, and general digital best practice.
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in digital product management or a closely related digital operations role.
- Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in Jira or equivalent sprint management platform.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce and DTC, ideally with direct Shopify platform experience.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams and agency stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills, able to produce clear documentation, release notes, and guides.
- Experience supporting or executing QA and user acceptance testing across digital products.
- A structured, process-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in improving ways of working.
- Passion for digital transformation, marketing technology, and continuous improvement.
Desirable
- Experience with Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or 3PL integration management.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and data privacy regulations (GDPR and regional equivalents).
- Experience working within a global, multi-brand group environment.
- Background in or exposure to CRO methodologies and customer journey optimisation.
