Paolo Moschino Ltd is an award-winning design studio and a premier destination for exceptional interiors, fabrics, and home collections. We are seeking a dedicated Digital Web & E-commerce Manager to join our team at our London headquarters.
As we prepare to launch our new online shop, we need a technical expert who can bridge the gap between our high-end aesthetic and a seamless digital shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Launch: Lead the transition and launch of our Shopify store, ensuring product catalogues, payment gateways (Shopify Payments UK), and shipping rules are perfectly configured.
- Website Maintenance: Conduct regular performance audits, monitor site speed (Core Web Vitals), and manage security updates to maintain a premium user experience.
- Technical Support: Serve as the internal "go-to" for troubleshooting Shopify-based issues, managing app integrations (e.g., Klaviyo, inventory sync), and implementing theme tweaks using Liquid.
- Blog & Storytelling (Plus): Craft engaging posts for our "Stories" section that capture our "well-travelled" aesthetic and design philosophy.
Technical Requirements
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing and customising Shopify stores.
- Development Skills: Proficiency in Liquid (Shopify’s templating language), HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- SEO & Analytics: Solid understanding of technical SEO and experience using Shopify Analytics to track growth.
- App Integration: Experience configuring third-party Shopify apps for logistics, marketing, and customer service.
- Mobile Optimisation: Ability to ensure the site is fully responsive and optimised for mobile shoppers.

You have a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for luxury retail. You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced studio environment and can translate technical requirements into elegant digital solutions.
