STS Marine Solutions are a subsidiary of Breakwater Investments Ltd, the shipping, logistics, oil & gas, and engineering division of Hili Ventures Ltd, a diversified group headquartered in Malta. Operating for over 45 years, across 24 bases worldwide. STS Marine have completed 40k+ petroleum transfers, 1000+ LNG transfers.

The Finance & Commercial Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the financial stewardship, governance, and performance of STS Marine Solutions, a subsidiary within Breakwater Investments. The role ensures that the company’s financial operations, reporting, and controls are robust, compliant, and fully aligned with both local business objectives and group financial policies and requirements.

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Finance & Commercial Director works closely with the Managing Director to support the delivery of the company’s strategic objectives, while also maintaining a functional reporting relationship with the Group CFO to ensure consistency of financial reporting, accounting policy, treasury, and control frameworks across the group.
