Director, HTA & Market Access - HEOR & Market Access Consultancy | Remote (UK/EU)
A high-growth specialist HEOR & Market Access consultancy is looking to appoint a Director-level HTA leader to support the continued expansion of the business.
This is a highly visible role combining strategic leadership, end-to-end project management, hands-on HTA delivery, and team leadership across complex global market access programmes.
The Opportunity
- Lead global HTA and market access engagements, including NICE submissions
- Act as a senior strategic partner to pharma and biotech clients
- Oversee projects end-to-end while remaining hands-on in delivery
- Line manage and mentor consultants within a growing specialist team
- Contribute to business development and practice growth
- Flexible remote working model with strong autonomy and influence
What They’re Looking For
- Strong expertise across HTA, HEOR, payer strategy, and reimbursement
- Proven experience leading NICE submissions and global market access projects
- Background within consultancy or pharma/biotech
- Previous line management and client leadership experience
- Commercial mindset with exposure to BD/account growth
